The 3rd Monday of each month from 6:00pm to 7:30pm Mountain time, Ana do Valle, the founder of the SEGAN Mosaic of Healing, will be facilitating these weekly Cafes.

• Polyvagal Theory (Rest and Restore Protocol and the Safe and Sound Protocol)
• Integral Deep Listening (IDL) fostering the integration of Self.
